About STARcase
STARcase was a phone case company located in Longview, TX. Its primary product was an LED smart battery case for the iPhone. The case linked to the phone via an app, and it displayed incoming phone notifications on its LED grid.
About the Project
When I started working as a graphic designer at STARcase, they had no prior branding—not even a logo.
I worked with the owner and management to create a logo and branding guidelines that fit the modern and eye-catching aesthetic desired for the company.
The logo itself is derived from the parent company's logo, a galaxy that I redesigned to fit a modern style. The inside negative space resembles a birthing star, representing the birthing of new, cutting-edge ideas at STARcase.
